when I do ejaculate I don’t have any feeling the most I feel is like just peeing. I only ejaculate about 3 ml of fluid and I (I know this is kinda weird) have looked at it under a microscope and have seen some sperm not a lot. And sometimes I do get a feeling like 5 minuets after.

If you are ejaculating then you are reaching orgasm so as a male you can't have one without the other!
At 13 it all sounds perfectly normal as your body is still in early stages of puberty yet so just be patient.
