You need to see a urologist, not your regular doctor.
The nerves that control erection run along that path. Erectile dysfunction is common for long distance bike riders due to the pressure they put on this area. The nerves were probably injured when you had your accident. It may go away, in time, but if you injured yourself enough to have caused this, along with the bleeding and bruising, you need to be checked. If anything is wrong you want it corrected now, not later.
I realize that you may not be comfortable telling this to your parents. If you were my son, I would hope that you would tell me rather than constantly worrying about it. You really do need to just find a time to tell your parents what is going on. You can always show them this if you'd rather or tell them it is a "man-problem" and that you need to see a doctor. I suggest a urologist for this as this is their area of expertise. They focus on the reproductive/urinary tract.
Please let us know how you are doing. Good luck.
