I'm a 13 yr old dancer and i'm getting into upper levels. I weigh about 150 lbs and i'm 5 ft 3 in , most people would say I'm not terribly overweight but being a dancer and having to have guys pick me up doesn't make me feel better. I know a lot of people will say its muscle but i know its not. I dance over 11 times a week.
I would like to safely lose weight in a short amount of time because i have dance productions coming up soon.
Any ideas?

Being a dancer you are normally under alot of pressure to look good when you dance, i used to do ballet, tap and modern. I was always so jealous of the girls who looked perfect and i was determined to be just like them. I would recommend sea kelp ad you are quite young and its a natural mineral but it does work it changes your appetite. You can get this from Holland and Barret and its now on offer.
