hi I'm 13 and I have lots of hair on my balls my legs not a lot on my arm or face but anyway my penis is only 3 inches long and it hasn't grown at all and I'm worried it will be the same size forever I need help and I will never ask my parent so plz help I don't know if its normal

3-4" is average for a 13 year old and your penis can grow into your early 20's.
Your penis is growing, you just can't tell.
You ARE developing normally. Just give it time.
