I'm 14 and haven't hit puberty properly and I'm rather worried

i am 14, and i haven’t hit puberty. my testicles have been the same size since i was probably like 5 or something. same goes for my penis. i have VERY little pubic hair and when i masturbate nothing comes out. i’m 5’1 and i’ve always been. my voice is high pitched too. i’m 100% i haven’t hit puberty.

I think you are normal and just need to be patient. Some boys start puberty at 10 or 11; others not until 15 or 16. You can talk with your doctor about it at your regular check-up but I would not be concerned. Be patient and get plenty of sleep and hopefully you will start seeing some changes soon ;-)

With you having a little bit of pubic hair that actually does mean you have started puberty.
Your testicles and penis will grow as you continue to go through puberty.
With just starting puberty it is normal that your smaller and a bit underdeveloped compared to your friends.

All you need is more time to grow and develop but with having a few pubes you have started puberty for sure maybe a bit late compared to some but puberty has now started for you.

With just starting puberty it's normal that you don't ejaculate yet and when your testicles develop more you will start ejaculating.
Penis size has nothing to do with ejaculating so even if your much smaller it doesn't matter so when your testicles develop you will be able to ejaculate.
All the things your concerned about will gradually start to change over the next few months.
