Im excited to have my first baby after a miscarriage back in Jan. Im 14 weeks preagnant and I want to stay fit. Is walking too much bad? I dont want another bad thing to happen.
Hi honey! CONGRATULATIONS first of all! And exercise is a great thing, just take it in stried - NEVER push yourself too much OK!? Because you can start getting more pulls or injuries! And for the 1st 20 weeks is the time to take it easy with lifting etc! Miscarriages are VERY variable! It has to be almost perfect environments for a uterus to sustain a growing fetus. So don't ever think it was something you did! And just remember that even though you had a loss does NOT mean you will have another - you are very close to being past the threshold of having to worry! - it's about 16 weeks! So just keep active but know your limits! Good luck and health honey to both of you!
