Im 15, 6 ft, my voice has deepened recently, i have full amounts of pubic and underarm hair and i have seen no penis growth (1.5-2 in flaccid,4.5-5 erect) , i want to know if there is anything i can do, when and if my penis will grow, and if it is a hormonal problem.
Welcome to the mysteries of puberty. The good news is, you'll soon be old enough to be unable to remember you ever asked the question.
If you want a statistical analysis of the correlation of age, onset of hair, penile growth (I'm not kidding), then Google it, or yes, go ask a doctor (I'm just a human, but male, and with enough experience to be able at least to answer your question non-statistically).
What you have, is a penis. If it fails to function, you have an issue, a problem - if you will - you can take to your doctor. If it isn't the size you like, and you're an adult, there's plenty of devices that promise to suck it up to a larger size, but right now I'd suggest you wait and see what nature has in mind for you first. Do the research, visit a doctor, do whatever you feel is necessary (check out find a doctor on here), but I'd point out that even if that's it, and nature's done its thing, then 5" is by no means unusual, and the average is 6".
At the end of the day, as far as size is concerned, its job is to give you and a partner pleasure, only the only real thing you can be sure of is whether it gives you pleasure, and if your lot is to have 5", and that encourages you to pay more attention to giving the ladies pleasure, then they certainly won't complain.
These days, almost everything is considered a 'medical condition' requiring or having treatment available. If you didn't have an idea that thins should be different, would you be concerned? Do you feel concerned? If so, by all means, take some further action.
If not, dare I say, trust your instinct. No one ever died for having a 5" penis, as far as I'm aware.
And if it wakes up, and does grow, you got a bonus. Good for you.
Remember: treatments, like investments, can go wrong as well as right: there's a reason for the old saying, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I'm 13 and I don't know what to do my penis is very small and I'm just wondering when I'll go through puberty please I have lots of pubic hair around my penis and that's about it
Do not panic, you have a hairy penis, thats great, size wise, you don't say how 'small' it is, but having a hairy penis is a good start, proves that you are becoming a man, although at 13 your still a boy, you are going through puberty, I am sure by the time you are 15 you will have a large and very hairy penis, that I hope makes you feel better, good luck.
