I'm 16 years old and I haven't started. I've been put on birth control for 3 months exactly and still nothing. I'm apparently normal grow rate. There's nothing wrong. I'm just a late bloomer(: Doctor said if I don't start before I'm 17 I should go to another specialist to do more studies
