i had anxiety a couple years back and i got over it and i dont have it anymore . ever since i feel like i have been having heart problems . i am a teenager and i do drink sometimes but when i exercise hard or not hard at all sometimes it feels like it tries to stop almost i been to the doctor the say its fine but its getting worse what can it be please help!!!
you shouldnt strain out your body so much take it easy and maybe you should gradually excersize and take it slow.
