I want to keep it in rest position but I can't. Whenever I want to hold any thing with my left hand the thing is also tremble due to trembling movement of my hand/arm. If I try to write something on a note book or on white bord I can't due to trembling. But I can pick up heavy weight as the wheight push the hand/arm down which causes not to tremble.
My English is not so good, so plz try to understand and tell me what should I do.
This may be physiological tremor. Does small amounts (20g) of alcohol help?
Please be checked for Parkinsond disease. My uncle suffered from a tremble for many years they said it was due to his fusion in his wrist... He had NO MEDICAL insurance and this year we finally got him help he was DIAGNOSED with Parkinsons!
At 22 you do not have Parkinsons.
