Hi. Im sidney. Im 13 years old and about 5'4 I weigh anywhere from 155 to 165. Clothes and sizes- I have larger boobs, size 36-C for shirts I usually wear an adult meduim or large and pants im anywhere from size 9 to 17 depending on the style. Excersize- I cheerleader twice a week for 2 hours, other than that, I dont work out, I dont know how to. I cant go to a gym, and we dont have equipment. Eating- im a complete mess. I try to starve myself, but theni see junk foodand I cant stop myself, no matter how much I try. My family doesnt help either, considering they buy junk, and we eat out almost evey night. Im so scared to tell my mom I have a problem with my weight, I dont know how too. My family has also hurt me multiple times. My grandma calls me fat, and my dad says im as big as a house. My mom told me that I better not get anybigger, since then ive gained 20 pounds, and she doesnt know! Also, sometimes my mom wont buy me clotnes because I wear to big of a size and is embarassing for her. I just dont know what to do. All of my family members are tiny too, im probably thebiggest. For my birthdaymy cousins who I dont see oftwn sent me an outfit. The shirt was a small and the pants were size 7, butnit was way to small, so I gave it to my mom, and it was to big on her. My older sister weighs 115 and she says she is fat, I dont ever want my family to know how much I weigh ill do anything except take pills. Thx for your time

There is something that you can do as far as exercise. That is walking. You can walk around the block of where you live. You can go to the mall and walk around to browse at all the clothing you wish to get into :) I love doing that! You can also put the music on in your room and dance around like crazy for 30 minutes a day! This is great fun and you can even do it with a friend. As far as eating, you shouldn't try to starve yourself. You need to fill up on fruit and vegetables so you don't crave the junk food. You will start to see your weight come off if you exercise every day and eat healthy.
