Hi, I often feel anxious and out of breathe. I don’t know how to cope with this problem. I would appreciate if you would share your experiences with me.
Hi, I am 30 years old woman, happily married with two kids. There is nothing wrong with my life, but I have a problem that won’t go away. I am anxious and often out of breath. I think I know what is the problem, but I can’t deal with it alone. I am working too hard, and I don’t have any time for my self. I have a demanding job and lot of work with my kids. When I finally find a minute for my self in the evening, I can’t enjoy anything. I feel anxious and out of breath. Everybody’s telling me that I have to rest more, but there is no time! I don’t enjoy weekends any more, because I sleep over them. I am worried how will my anxiety affect my marriage. I don’t want my husband to feel neglected, because I’m not doing it on purpose. There must be a cure for anxiety, and I will find it before it ruins my life.

i suffer from panic attacks and anxiety,i have some tools that will help u cope with the problom ,first its never harmfull or bad to run checks every six month to maintain ur health and keep a peace off mine.
Cut off on caffaien and stimulants ,educate ur self about anxiety u will know that its not a life threatning condition.use breathing techniqs to help u relax: place one hand on ur upper stomack and one on ur chest take a deep breath through ur nose and count one thosend two thoseand make sure that ure breathing through ur stomck (when u take the deep breath u need to feel ur hand on ur stomck goingg up and down as u breath)then relese the breath through ur mouth count 3thosend 4thousend.
use positive self talk,happy thooughts broduce good cemcichals in the brain bad thoughts produce fear.it takes time but u need to bild ur self confidince and health self esteem.exsersis take a walk every day.anxaity is a result of stress unhappyness or feeling of faling in ur life dont beat ur self about the past u cant change it but u can take in charge of ur present.
if u r consedering medication cosult ur doctor but still u have to fight this monser by being strong and posotive dont keep on thinking about why is this happing to u.take control and change it.
