I'm a size 10 (UK size) and I am desperate to get down to a size 8/6. Will this work?
why would you want to be any less than a size 10?? What a horrible way to lose weight as well.. you'll make yourself ill. Exercise and eat well.

Because I have flab and my thighs are huge. What I am eating is healthy, only I've cut it down to >1000 cal. i'm exercising too.
