Implantation Bleeding, is it just spotting or real bleeding?

Hello, I am 7 and half and totally paranoid about miscarrying. I vowed to report any sort of spotting to my doctor immediately, not leaving anything to chance this time. I experienced slight spotting too and the first time I was told it is normal and only implantation bleeding, but I miscarried 10 later.
