So I don't have a normal cycle to begin with and it's been even more difficult to get back on track since my miscarriage last year. My cycles have been ranging between 28- 37 days for the past year. My last cycle was a perfect 4 weeks though. This cycle went 42 days and now I have brownish spotting with light, lower cramping, major nausea, headaches, fatigue, and dizziness. Hot flashes started yesterday. Could this be Implantation bleeding?

I took one home pregnancy test 3 days ago, but it was negative. Could I have possibly tested too early?
