I have these too. I've been freaking out, but looking on line it seems that they're Fordyce's Spots, and they're not an STD nor are the contagious.

OMG!! I have been freaking out, and I am glad I am not the only one. I'm 19 and until I was 15 and I lost my virginity I never really looked at my self down there, and my husband is the only person I have ever had sex with. So I looked and I saw little bumps under the skin and when you stretch the skin out they kinda look white. They are all over the inner labia not only in one spot and they do not itch or get irritated. I thought it was herpes at first, I found out that herpes can be transmitted through saliva and I have kissed lots of different guys before I met my husband.. plus since I did know, I shared my drinks with a lot of my friends who have had sex. So I got all worked up, and thought, well if i drank from this guy and I kissed my boyfriend and then he went down on me then wouldn't that give me genital herpes? I looked at pictures online, and I said to myself, but they aren't open sores! and they do not itch! So, WHAT IS IT!! and this isn't really something I wanted to talk to my mother about. So, I'm glad it could be something everyone has, but no one talks about. My husband has the same bumps on the shaft of his penis and it was easier to find a picture for what his bumps are called. They are called Fordyce's spots an over growth of lubricating glands, and it is to keep the penis skin from drying out. They really need to educate us about these things in Sex-Ed because it is unnecessary stress to us ladies!
