Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I had an abortion last year - it worked but had to take a second lot of pills as there was some tissue left over leading tests to still come back as positive. I was bleeding for a good two months after that. Ever since I have been having a period every 1-2 weeks, but have not had one this month. Am not technically due until next week but not sure if it classes as on time or missed some or late? Have been on the pill since the abortion but getting scared that my periods have so suddenly changed and have a splitting headache. Occasionally feeling sick but am also ill at the minute so not sure if it's to do with illness or if I could be pregnant. I have missed taking the pill once last month but not sure if it could lead to me getting pregnant when I alwaystake it other than that time

I had the implant it’s normal to bleed for the first couple months with that in. But my hormone levels and periods haven’t got back to normal since my abortion two months ago. Just speak to your doctors for the best advice, it’s all confidential so if you’re worried about family knowing or fitness finding out. They won’t contact anyone regarding your concerns
