I have the same problem. My penis is red at the tip and a little bit inside, sorta looks like little red dots. I too have that problem. at first I was uncut and can't open my penis skin. so for the past 2 years I have ejaculated and couldn't clean my penis. today, I finally opened it and it was red at the tip and is causing some irritation when touched . since the first time I ejaculate, I have had burning sensations when I pee just after I ejaculated. Not sure if it will help anyone, but it worked for me. I went through the same pain and discomfort mentioned here for many years. Doctors said it was nothing. Ha! Until I discovered I wasn't washing correctly. Every, and I mean every time you wash ( I prefer showers so as not to have dirty water the chance to enter any orifice), while washing your penis, use as much soap lather as possible allowing it to flow into the penis, for a minute or two. Also make sure to wash with as much soap lather as far up the rectum as a finger will go. You should totally relax your butt hole so as not to tear. Make this a habit when bathing(I mean showering). Hope this helps at least someone.

Glad I found this forum. The opening of my penis has been red and sore all week. I got tested last night and have to wait thru the weekend to get the results, its driving me mad not getting them. I jo a lot last week and the head of my penis turned black and blue. It swells really big when I ejaculate so I think I must have damaged it. Been 3 days since I last jo and it's still sore. Hey people i have been masturbating quit a bit like 3 or 4 times a day and when i do i keep my boxers on so my penis rubs against my clothing..
