Wow this is super old but here goes. What did you use for lube? Could have irritated or caused this reaction. Also you might have something called a yeast infection which causes similar symptoms for men ive read. Good luck, sure you figured it out, ill keep reading more.

But do you have foreskin? cause in most cases it is from masterbating dry and using foreskin to self lubricate with the friction it also irritates the head of the pens.
