What kind of jobs do you guys have? I’m having the same symptoms and sit all day for my job. I’m wondering if it’s related. I’m 36, male, and was used to having sex 3-4 times per week, but now, none at all because it hurts too much.
-Pain in pelvic area for 1-2 days after ejaculating.
-Pain in bladder area for a couple of minutes after urinating.
-Pain or fullness between my testicular and anus that seems to be getting better before anything else.
-Pain in penis just about 24x7.
-Symptoms started about 7 weeks ago and gradually got worse to the point I almost went to the ER around week #4. I’ve seen my GP and 2 urologists. The general consensus is prostatis. I’m on an anti-inflammatory and a low dose antibiotic. It doesn’t seem to be helping.
Would appreciate new reply’s to this. I read every post and it seems like a lot of people are having similar problems.

Hi please suggest what to do for fast recovery and also tell how much time it took for you to fully go away

I don’t think there is any fast recovery. I’m up to 9 weeks now. NSAID and rest is all I can recommend.

It is important to note that antibiotics should a do work for Bacterial Prostatitis.

I had the exact same issues that have been discussed in this forum. Went to urologist and was diagnosed as what he called a urological phenomenon. No infection prostate feels normal ran other tests related to kidney function. All normal. Symptoms were stinging after urination, frequent urgency. Burning sensation when ejaculating and sometime no ejaculate. Discomfort in prostate for days after ejaculation. First thing is stop coffee. 2. Minimize ejaculation unless absolutely necessary. Exercise regularly. Minimize stress. My symptoms slowly subsided until all but completely gone after 5 and one half. If i masterbate more than 3 times in a week I feel it in my prostate for a couple of days and then completely gone again. After what i went through i minimize all that irritared me so i never experience this again. I'm also able to drink a half cup of coffee per day. Addendum: Avoid marajuana because it causes restriction in urinary flow and increases stress homones that increases irritation. Im 57 year old male.

I'm 26. About three months ago I think I messed my hygiene which lead to me having a sharp pain during the urination. The pain went away the same evening, and next day I went to urgent care, they put me on 5 days cipro. Since then I also been put on doxycycline for 10 days twice (that urologist seemed like he had literally no idea what he was doing), suggested drinking lots of water (that didn't help me). The sensations at the time were all over the place. Often it's like blue balls, I get some "burnies" on my inner thighs or front of the pelvis bone (no rashes or color or anything there), occasional pains in the lower abdomen. Finally, another doctor diagnosed acute prostatitis. He prescribed sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim, that did not make much difference, but symptoms have somewhat stabilized. He also said Advil and warm moist (warm baths, sauna, etc). By now it became clear to me that the irritation is connected with ejaculation, the contrast is now very apparent. I get pains starting right after ejaculation peaking in few hours. Urinating right after and emptying bladder doesn't affect it too much.
Also for a past year I've been practicing "nofap". I see some people suggest abstention, and if I go down that route I will have plenty opportunity to exercise "nofap". My issue may not go away anytime soon, but at least we have a club going on here.

I have just recently been having the same issues posted here. I am a 28 year old male, I have had bad masturbation habits in my youth and I am afraid I have caused myself problems. About 6 months ago I decided to start NoFap because I knew I had a problem with it and it wasn't good. At this time I had no problems other than a shy bladder in public restrooms which I never though anything of. I also had a bout of premature ejaculation which I attributed to my bad habits. About 3 months into nofap I had a lump appear above my right testicle, was told I had epididymitis. This went away after a week or two but then I started feeling pressure in my prostate region and then started having urine problems. Went back to the urologist and told me it its most likely prostatitis but he didn't want to put me on any medicine because of my young age. I have since been dealing with this problem and I have noticed that exactly two days after ejaculation is when I feel the pressure start to build up again. The longer I go with abstaining, the better the symptoms get. I have not been back to the urologist since I have determined the relationship with ejaculation. I find it strange that i never had an issue with this before starting NoFAP, its like my nerves are now readjusting or something. Or my prostate got used to the frequent ejaculation and now that this is reduced something is causing the inflammation. Luckily my pain is very low grade, more of just a pressure and discomfort. I will be setting up another appointment with my urologist since I have figured out this relationship but I have a feeling it will be more of the same that has been said here. Sad that this is such an unknown area of medical treatment.

I have been dealing with similar symptoms for 28 years. Still aren't sure. Sometimes it doesn't bother me but certain things irritate it like caffeine, virus or flu and weather. Ejaculation can at times but not always. Avoid caffeine completely!! Try Terazosin. That medicine helped somewhat. Unless someone has this they dont realize how awful it can be.Hang in there my man.

I have been suffering with the same symptoms described here for the last year and a half. It all started with pressure on my abdomen caused apparently by my pants being too "tight" but in reality they were just normal size, I just started feeling like I could not wear a belt anymore. Every time I sat for long with a little pressure on my abdomen caused by either my pants or my belt, the discomfort use to irradiate quickly to my perineum and I would feel quite weak as if there was not enough blood flow. Soon after this, I started having problems with my ejaculation, a day or two after ejaculating (mostly through masturbation) I felt a burning sensation in my abdomen, penis , perineum and anus areas. Also the feeling of pressure on my abdomen made me feel as if I needed to pee. With sex, the problem is not so bad but very similar. Some times I feel a burning sensation even during ejaculation, like a cramp that then goes away straight after, but then I still get all the sympthoms after one day or two. I don't have particular problems peeing and I don't urinate frequently or during the night, so I have ruled out conditions like cystitis or urinary infection and also prostatitis sounds not like my case. I also suffer almost constantly with lower back pain. I do very much agree with you about possible nerve damage or chronic inflammation caused, in my case possibly, by years of motocross riding, too much sport ( I'm 45 and I do surfing, swimming, trail running, snowboarding, cross-fit and stand up paddle boarding) injuries or wrong treatments. I remember having a cryotherapy session to recover faster from training right before the symptoms started one and an half year ago and I remember thinking it didn't feel right to be exposed to such extreme temperatures with your body....might have been just a coincidence, don't know, the only thing I know is living with this symptoms is very depressing.

Me too. Thought I was alone and going nuts. I have found a treatment that takes the edge off. Apricot seeds, the bitter ones. Chew and swallow 10 a day, works for me.

I have read that blocked ejaculatory ducts can cause pain after ejaculation. Anyone else heard this?

I never did find out what caused my excruciating prostate pain after orgasm before it was determined that I had 3+4 Gleason prostate cancer and had RP surgery. I was 70 at the time and the pain did go away completely after the surgery. I'm the type of person that usually doesn't seek medical help until something really hurts.
