Is It A Good Idea To Masterbate When Its Your Time Of The Month?

I think it's a great idea!  I get so turned on on my time of the month but I don't necessarily want anyone touching me.  So I masturbate.  Not every month, just when I'm really in the mood.

When I was a teen I hade a girl who used to have wicked cramps. The only thing that helped ease her pain was when I masturbated her.
