hi my bf is 23yrs old and is urinating blood and also bring up blood from his mouth he also is weak,tired,now can't see very well and he is hungry but cannot stomach the food...need a replay asap

Your boyfriend needs to see a doctor - NOW.
He may be anemic from the loss of blood. It can cause visual problems, but he also may be dehydrated. The source of the bleeding needs to be found - quickly.
I urge you to get him to a doctor. If he won't go and loses consciousness or becomes delirious then call emergency medical attention - an ambulance! He can't refuse treatment if he's not coherent.
