I lost my virginity to my boyfriend on the 25th of January. I got my period on the 8th of january and it lasted longer then normal. I have been on the pill for almost a year. My doctor said that there was a problem with the manufacturing of my pills but I double checked and the manufacturing company that recalled pills wasnt the ssme as the manufacture who makes my pills. I bled after we had sex but it wasn't painful, he did not use a condem and he didn't pull out either. We have had sex twice including that time and he hasn't used a condem either time. I was supposed to get my period the 5th of February, and I have not gotten it yet. Is this normal?
well it seems that in the time you had sex that it would be the time you would normally ovulate. But you are on birth control so that is suppose to stop it. To be on the safe side if you do not get your period within the next week i would go to the doctor. it is rare but sometimes the pills do not always do their job. Also, it could just be because this was your first few times having sex as having sex affects your cell turnover in your vagina.
hope that helps!
