I still take issue with doctors arrogantly dictatiing the presence of the chaperone, & as a medical consumer, don't accept accept any arbitrary assertion of power-- over me on my dime. The doctor doesn't care about us. He only wants protection from "false allegations" but that means that legitimate reports of Sexual misconduct will also be squelched. They demand it both ways, & they get it because we don't push back.
Secondly, a female nurse that one enjoys exposing himself to, can be easily replaced by a male nurse (potentially gay) or a reprehensible, female "Nurse Ratchet" type. (Too many are!) My point being that the physician you're paying to make you feel better, is holding all the cards, & dictating everything!
Lastly, CFNM scenarios rarely work well for male exhibitionists, because women are far less voyeuristic than men. Pretty sick while women REQUEST a second person in the exam room, guys have to request that second person to NOT be in the exam room. Well, this is what happens when women run the show. The double standard of sexual abuse of men by pervert women, and it's only getting worse!
I'm a male, and I always use female doctors or female nurse practitioners when I am having a physical exam. I don't like men handling or touching my genitals. It doesn't bother me if they want a female chaperone in the room either. A couple of years ago my female doctor asked me if it would be OK to bring in two female students to observe my physical. I immediately said OK. They both observed closely and ask the doctor several questions during the physical. After all that is what they were there for, to observe.
One of my real unusual experience at my female doctors office happened when I went in for my first visit which was for a complete physical exam. Her nurse called my name in the waiting room and I walked down the hall following the nurse. She stopped to weigh me, and to record my height. I then followed her down a hallway to a small room with an examination table in the center. The nurse took my blood pressure and pulse, and asked me a few questions and then removed a hospital gown from the cabinet and tossed it on the table. She told me to strip everything including underwear and socks and put the hospital gown on. She then said, "the Doctor and I will be back in a few moments." She then left the room and closed the door.
I quickly got undressed and was about to reach over and grab the hospital gown when the door suddenly opened and there was a 45 to 50 year old woman from the office, standing there holding a folder. After all the excitement, the exam was uneventful although helpful to me. The doctor and the nurse were very professional. I decided not to mention anything about what happened with the office clerk. I am a male and have been using an excellent female doctor for the past 5 years. There is always a nurse present in the room when I have a full physical exam. There has been three or four different nurses during the 5 year period. All of them looked directly at my genitals while the doctor performed the exam. This seemed a bit odd to me until I read an article about this on another web site. They doctors explained that if they have a chaperone in the room while an intimate exam is taking place, that they both instruct and want the chaperone to observe intently during the procedure. This is for legal reasons. The chaperone will not be a very good witness in court if they were looking away while the procedure was occurring.

Meanwhile the doctor is bent over a small desk signing several papers while talking to the secretary, who by the way is looking intently at my genitals. Finally after the urgent papers have been signed, the secretary stops at the door and begins a conversation with another secretary. Both are positioned in such a way as to look in at me while they are talking. Meanwhile with the door still opened, the doctor continues examining my penis. One of the two secretaries slowly pull the door to. The doctor finishes the exam talks to me for a short while about my health and then she and the nurse leave. I'm standing there nude thinking "what the heck just happened?" I mean at least a half a dozen or more women just say me totally nude while the doctor signed some stupid papers. I cooled off and fortunately nothing like that has ever happened again. Disgusted!
Similar experience... older nurse asked me to strip after asking my mother to leave the examination room. Once she got me on the examination table, she left and came back with two junior nurses, much younger than her and one of whom was not even in a nurses uniform. From their conversation I could gather that she was about to start her shift. They pretended to get the charts ready before the the doctor came in. I was so traumatised by what they did but did not say anything to my mother.
Yes...unless you decline. Male physician here. I am no adonis, but I refuse to be embarrassed about dropping trou at a medical exam. These women do not want to be in this situation. Believe me. It does not matter (really) how attractive they think you are, or you think you are. It's a genital exam. No one wants one. My first and (so far) only urological visit was with an approximately 50ish-year-old female PA. She was what I would consider a modestly attractive woman in any other situation. This was the farthest thing from my mind at the moment. This was this woman's job for Christ's sake. First, I emptied my bladder and then a young female nurse and a female chaperone came in to do a post-void scan to determine the severity of any urinary retention I might have. Sexy, no? The nurse asked me to lower my drawers to pubic bone level and lay down. They were nervous at first. I put them at ease by talking about their jobs and how impressed I was by their professionalism, and I thanked them for their role in my care. Not very difficult, really. When my doc came in she was the best. She asked me if I wanted a chaperone...I declined. She checked my prostate...it was not fun. It wasn't supposed to be. In general, I would much prefer seeing a female provider. In general, they seem to have a more relaxed attitude toward this kind of thing. They start having menstrual cycles at a young age. They understand that if they have babies, that they are likely to be in a room full of people watching as they are squeezing the kid out. They kinda have to be practical about this business. We men are usually the weird ones about this stuff. I personally have delivered more than 100 babies, performed hundreds of infant circumcisions, placed (you do not say "inserted" in this situation) hundreds of IUDs and performed countless thousands of prostate exams. (Army doc; lotsa dudes.)

You have got to be kidding. I am a male family practice physician and I completely support chaperones for women patients, women nurses and women doctors. I have seen male patients come in specifically to see young female providers as a way of living out some perverse fantasy. These were my co-workers every day. In some cases, I was their supervisor and responsible for their safety at the workplace. Everyone has fantasies. Anyone who thinks they are real or should be acted upon with an unsuspecting victim has serious emotional or psychological issues.
