Is Medical field as good as technical field?

By the technical field, I guess you mean Engineering. I am a career counselor and let me assure you that medicine has a lot of scope career-wise. Though it is a little tougher and time-consuming compared to Engineering, studying medicine will open doors for you across many sectors such as Nursing - https://www.bartleby.com/subject/science/nursing , Health Care, Pharmacist, teacher and of course doctor.    

If you are interested in medicine, go for it. I wasted my training in the tech field and now I'm an ex- TV tech. Nobody gets a TV repaired anymore. My career died about 10 years before I was ready to retire.
