Does anyone know anything about the Orovo diet pills? Does it work? is it worth trying?
My brother always taught me to follow my first mind and never think again. And my first mind tells me to tell you to consult with your Physician before you begin any diet or weight loss regimen. This is because of the the increased recognition of the roll that genetics play in weight gain.

Futhermore, I would hate to e the one to recommend a product to you for weight loss only to in the end, be the one to blame for its failure, as these weight loss claims always do. Therefore, I would suggest that you make eating right and exercising daily your goal, rather than to lose the pounds. Here's why:

Loosing weight can be quite demotivating. In fact, it is so bad, the weight loss industry takes in a rough figure of over 100 Billion dollars a year in total revenue and still, the percentage of men and women trying to loose weight is constantly on a rise. As if this wasn't already bad enough, it is no longer safe to instruct the weight lossee's to loose weight the old fashioned way, by diet and exercise, ecause of the severe consequences that can make. For example, being overweight and exercising can cause a gret deal of stress on the heart, which can cause it to enlarge.

Additionally, you want to prevent medications if at all possible because of the potential damage it can cause to your general health. In other words, in the words of Sandra Woodruff, R.D., Author of Secrets of Fat-Free Cooking..., in reference to diet pill who's only promise is to make promises, “There is no Magic Bullet For Weight Loss.

Professionally speaking, you are pretty much stuck between a rock and a hard spot, on this one. You are somewhat “damned if you do and damned if you don't,” excuse my French. A wise thing to do now is to realize the situation that you are in and make up in your mind that from this day forward, you are going to control your weight.

Controlling you weight, that's what's up. Not gaining. Not loosing, but controlling. If some weight comes on, it is because you put it there and likewise, if weight loss comes off, it is because you took it off. In this manner, you and your Physician can better determine if your weight gain coincide with your eating habits or not. As I said once before, some genetic factors can cause you to gain weight regardless of how much or how little you eat. This is what has to be ruled out before you put yourself on some discouraging journey to no where.

Hope this answers your question!
