14th December 2014 I had unprotected sex with some guy... and on the 16th, I went for checkups with my husband because we planned on a baby.. I was then given folic acid as a supplement.. on that same day 16th we had unprotected sex with my husband and since then I've been having sex with him. I'm now 21weeks, 5days pregnant. could it be my husband's??

It probably is your husbands. Do you know when your last period started?
If you are 21 weeks and 5 days along as of today that would mean your LMP started on 11 December. In that case it was too early for "some guy" to be the father.
