I have never asked for advice on the net, but now is the best time. I have some problems with my gall bladder. I am experiencing pain in the stomach. Sometimes it is like I have something hard and pointy in my belly. I have gall stones. Doctors have suggested the gall bladder surgery. But I don't want to go to surgery. Is there a way to avoid gall bladder surgery?
Well I don't know should you avoid surgery. Your doctor has more information about your condition. Maybe you must have a surgery. The gall stones are usually formed by cholesterol in animal fat. So you should avoid fatty meats, butter, cheese, chocolate, fried food and dairy products. The proper diet is the best way to avoid risk of gall bladder surgery. But if you are in stage when the surgery is necessary then you should do it.

I had bad gall bladder attacks and was told to have surgery, but I did some research of my own and I cut out all animal fat and the pain went away and didn't come back. Especially don't have cheese and cream, and best to avoid other saturated fats as well. If you try this, please let me and others know if you have success as well.
Crazy thing is that the doctor didn't even ask me what my diet consisted of. Gotta wonder about their "health" model sometimes.

There are a lot of natural way to rid of the stones.  Huge part is changing your diet and eating healthy.  There are a lot of resources online.  but I remember some berries or some sort that helps a lot.  Can't remember where i read that. but do search online and try the natural way.  Considering your condition isn't worst.  If doctor sounds like you should have the surgery soon they just trust the airhead.
