hi all, i just joined this forum. im in my first round of IVF cycle. I had my 5 Day ET Jan 31 and today Feb 7, i did a HPT and got a BFN. I dont have any symptoms, no breast soreness, no fatigue, nothing at all. Could it be that this cycle has failed? i read that quite a number of people get at least a faint positive at day 7 after a 5 day ET. Should i still hope for a positive result even without any symptoms
