hi iam 15 years old and iam trying to lose weight here is my daily routine
in the morning i eat oatmeal wich is about 130 calories then like around 10:00 am i eat a apple wit water, then 2 hours later i eat another apple wit water, and when i get home i eat a turkey sandwich wich is about 350 calories, finally at 7 i jog for 14 minutes is this healthy if iam trying to lose weight?
