I have pretty big arm muscles, i can curl with one arm 40 pounds, is this good? i dont know what the average is for most people...i was wonderin how i measured up. cause i dont have muscles that POP. i want muscles that look great, but i also want strength... I have the strength i think. but how do i make my muscles look big, like a bodybuilder?
