I had some itching on my thighs that would itch all the time, seemed I was scratching that area alot and would scratch somewhere else, now it seems like its spread... On my shoulders \ front of my legs and my belly. I dont know what is wrong or what to do about it, any ideas?

You may have heat rash or contact dermatitis. Scratching can cause it to spread. Corticosteroid cream is very effective for this kind of condition.
