hi - im 15 years old and for about 6 months i have had to deal with very itchy nipples which also peel everyday. i have pretty sensitive skin but i dont think this is normal
please help me!

Sounds to me like you may have an allergy. If you wear a bra, that may be the problem or a t-shirt or other clothing. Some materials have finishes in them (chemicals) that you might be sensitive to. If that's the case you should wash new clothing before you wear it, espically bras. They have really close contact with your breasts. The closer the contact the more a reaction can occur. The other thing is when you wash stuff make sure you the soap out. If you are using a washing machine, use the minial amount soap you need to do that wash and run a second rinse. Most machines have a setting for a second rinse. I have to do this (I use baby laundry soap) because I break in rashes and burn and itch like crazy if I don't. For the moment get some antihistamine cream OTC (like benedryl) and rub that in the nibbles. If necessary for now, put bandades on them or gauze and some tape to keep them away from clothing.
