I recently had unprotected sex with a guy I've been seeing, more than once. I've been itchy near my anal area and felt small bumps but they didn't look much of anything and only got irritated when I itched. I now have very very small red bumps that look like blood dots on my labia, both sides. They aren't very noticeable but I definitely can feel them and they itch. Nervous and unsure of what they are, haven't gone to the doctor yet but wonder if anyone else knows what it could be. I confess I've been looking at pictures of STDS all day and I can't pin point it. I'm prone to UTI's but never had any sort of bumps before. Also have discharged and bad odor when I urinate.

All symptoms point to a vaginal infection. It will be in your interest to approach a doctor ASAP and get examined for STD's and vaginal infection. Meanwhile do not scratch, you will make it worse
