Hello for the past two days I have had diarrhea so have starved myself to hopefully clear out my digestinal system.
Now since doing this my urethra has become itchy whenever I try to pass water which coincidentally is not very much not even say 100ml.
Are the two linked or is there an underlying problem my diet is very good in the fact that I do have a lot of fruit however i don't always wash the fruit but I do wash my vegatables.

Well, an itchy urethra and having to pee but not peeing very much says that you may have a urinary tract infection. If so, you need to go to urgent care and get treated.
The diarrhea could explain an all-around bacterial infection, although seeing a doctor would explain it definitely.
