For a long time I have had a few white coloration on scrotum but recently they have become itchy and when I scratch they become more itchy and start to sting. Skin around the area has also gone through stages of shedding off and being reddish colored. It is not STD's as I am a virgin but please respond.
sounds like it may be just some dry skin... put unscented lotion on it see if it goes away if not then see a doctor.
