Yes, there is a chance of pregnancy.
If he ejaculated and then put his penis into your vagina, any sperm would have been "squeezed" out of his urethra and into your vagina. He can't wipe off the inside.
What "symptoms" are you having?
if it's been more than two weeks you can test. Be sure to use your first morning urine for the best accuracy.

The syptoms are : my nipples darkening, milky discharge, lower stomache & back pains, my boobs are sore, & headaches. It has been 12 days.
It would be early for any symptoms, but not impossible. They are not specific to pregnancy.
Wait at least the two weeks and test. If you have a "normal" period, it is unlikely you are pregnant.
