I am training to be in the NBA and I have to work hard.so I have decided to start lifting weights. I need to know if this is okBut I was wondering if this will stunt my growth? Because if so that will screw up my NBA career will be screwed I am supposed to be 6 6 right now I am 5,5 I am 13 and need help. I don't want to do any thing that will mess up my career when I am older. Anyone who answers thank you very much.

No, just remember to work at an incline it weights don't start off too heavy. Being in the NBA doesn't mean you have to be muscular you just have to be in shape.
