For the past motnh I've been making myself sick worring. It started out as me just noticing an odd feeling (not even really pain) in my stomach. Over a weeks time the feel moved the more I thought about it until I thought it could be anything from breast cancer to bone cancer. I spoke with my family about it and no one thinks it's a big deal. Infact, my brother and sister-in-law who have anxiety told me that's what it was and allowed me to take some of their anxiety meds. (fyi I haven't been clinically been told I have anxiety.)
All in all most of the fear and feelins have gone away except for the ones in my legs. It seems like they're not there when I'm really focused on something. But I'm really scared I might have bone cancer. I keep trying to calm myself down because the only sympthom i kinda have is the feelings in my legs. But it's the first thing I think about when i wake up and the last before I go to sleep. I don't know how to stop worrying about it.

1.) I've had the same symptoms as you but ehy have recentally faded away, 2.) These are symptoms of Anxiety, and 3.) If it's the first thing you think about and the last before you go to bed????? Then you have Anxiety, like I do. Gernally if you can't stop thinking about it, wich is also my problem (I have tons of anxiety so i know EXACTLY how you must feel. I know this might sound easier than done because again, I know (lol), but do ANYTHING tha'll take your mind off it. It works! I took a wamr bubble bath a couple days ago and my symptoms started to fade away right off the back. I'm so sorry you feel like this. i am currently facing an anxiety of a symptom i have. Hi there, I would like to comment on the subject I had anxiety really bad one year I couldnt go out without feeling really ill and I have found ways to deal with it so I would like to help.

First off I would like to say drink less tea and coffee, drink more water .

second thing exercise is great for anxiety

I would try something like jogging even just in the garden every 2 days you will get further and further and you can go outside in the park maybe round the street as you feel better.

I think jogging is the best.

I know its hard dont give up.

7 years anxiety no meds.
