I am 26 years male with good health. I got married just two weeks back but presently highly embrassed due to following problems
1] It takes no time for me to get erect but after foreplay, when we go for actual Insertion, the erection goes on decreasing and it makes difficlt to insert. Which follows by premature ejeculation.We managed to get insertion for 5 - 6 times but it doesn't last for more than 2 minutes or less.
2] To minimise the sensation, we tried to use condom but the same incident repeats.
Please guide us to overcome the problem as we both are highly depressed.

as per your first reply, i found these techniques on net.i started exercising these techniques.At present we are enjoying sexlife.We faced problems during early days, reason might be that we both were doing for first time with very little knowledge,lot of curiosity,excitement and a little worry. now it's one month to our marriage and we are enjoying good sex life. Ofcourse to come to this stage, proper consultation with doctor,getting 'right' information from books,internet helped us both a lot.
I polite advice to 'would be' couples and newly married couples is to please consult doctor without any hesitation; go thro' some 'knowledgable' books about sex life.Don't get worried, depressed if you face such consequences. Most inportant point what I suggest personally is...please keep healthy convesation between you and your partner...it helps a lot during such situations to improve confidence.If you face problems, don't depress, wait .... discuss....get appropriate knowledge...and proceed. Kegal exercise will help you but practise it in a right way with doctor's advice.

Hi all out there, im a 23 year old guy and i also experience premature ejaculation. This never used to happen to me before but lately all i can say i noticed is that, for the last 2 years stress (mainly work-related) affects me a lot when it comes to my sex life. Further more is when you actually realize that your performance is going to the worse and you don't really fulfill your partners desire, you tend to stress yourself more to become better and it does not really help.
