Hello there guys, this is my first time posting on a health forum, I thought as it is a Sunday it is the best place to get quick feedback!
I am a 19 year old male, I do not smoke, do drugs, and I don't drink alcohol often.
Over the past week I have been noticed the following things:
- Blood in my poo (stool?), a fair bit
- Going to the poo hurts, no matter the size, sorry to describe it like that
- I have had constant stomach aches, and desperately need to go to the toilet, yet I only produce little amounts or just wind, and I still feel like I need to go
- I have what at first glance looks like a small swelling next to my belly button on the right, I have never noticed it before yesterday, but I find it difficult not to notice now. It is only small, but I can definitely feel a difference to my left hand side, also visual. It does not hurt at all, infact I can't really feel anything in that area. That small area feels tougher.
- I cycle a good distance everyday to get to University, I find myself out of breath, sometimes what feels like asthmatic, even if I have recently used my inhaler. I also walk 30 minutes to work, and run every other day, so I am fit and am in good shape
- I have been complaining of tiredness and aches recently, even though I have not changed my exercise regime other than a couple more cycle rides during the week. I have had longer days than normal.
- I have felt light headed a number of times over the last couple of weeks
- My knees have ached a lot recently, just thought I would add that
I have searched this list a number of times, some of the things on the list I have only picked up on because they have been symptoms on a couple of other things which include the main problems, blood and stomach aches.
One of the most common appearances within my searches has been bowel cancer, golly. Other things have appeared such as Hemorrhoids and IBS.
I have never been seriously ill, and I am worried that I am just picking up on the slightest things and starting to worry. The "swelling" for example. However, many symptons of the possible problems have actually occured recently, so I do feel as if I need to get checked up, but not worried, yet. Also, I have not told any other people about my suspicions.
Sorry if I rambled on. A bit. Just want you to know what I have noticed.
I plan on booking a doctors appointment tomorrow morning, but I don't know when the appointment will actually be scheduled for.
Thanks for any help.

The blood is bright Red. It isn't a constant bleeding. Just one lot of it. I have not vomitted at all. The only change in my diet has been Eating Muslei instead of Frosties in the morning..
I have not had any fever at all. I will definitely be sure to book a doctors appointment for as soon as possible.
I am also not constantly ill, the different symptoms have all been throughout a 1 -2 week period.
What diseases and disorder do you think?
