For the past 3 days now I have been feeling dizzy and having slight headaches. They're definitely not the worst headaches I've ever had, but it feels almost like there is pressure on my brain or something. And then sometimes I feel a slight dizzy effect, which then I think it messes with my vision for a moment. It almost feels as though I haven't had enough sleep, even when I do get a full nights rest. Now, I also have a mild case of hypochondria, so I don't even know if this is anything to worry about or if I'm just bringing it all on to happen myself from thinking about it so much, but please don't let the fact that I have hypochondria turn you away from answering me, as most people do. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this? I can't afford to go see a doctor but, if it is really necessary then I will somehow.
One of the most common causes for dizziness and headache is low blood pressure and majority of women have low blood pressure and constantly fight headaches without realizing what is causing them. Even the simple reasons like dehydration or lack of vitamin B can cause your blood pressure to drop but it is also linked with anemia. How is your weight? Low blood pressure doesn’t cause much more problems than dizziness and headaches and it doesn’t need any special treatment except monitoring blood pressure. And there are few recommended and proven ways to get your blood pressure to rise: drink more water to combat dehydration, increase salt intake (but not too much over long period of time, obviously) and try using supplements for vitamin B.

It can be anxiety related... I feel a lot of times dizzy with headaches, and my vision is sensitive for bright lights especially in the mornings. I checked my blood pressure more than once, and the doctor told me your blood pressure is like a sportsman , so my blood is good . Cant understand why I feel this way!!!:-( Its like a routine now!!! I HATE IT!!!!!
