right kidney is 87 mm and left kidney is 83mm in length. Both kidneys show increased echotexture with blurring of CM demarcation and smooth outline. nNo stoen mass or hydronephrosis seen on either side.
Uninary bladder is normal. No wall thickening, stone or mass seen
No ascities or lymphadenopathy seen

Just a little query. My right kidney has a chronic renal parenchymal disease, but my left kidney is normal. I am very much worried about this disease. Will I be ok? What can I do to be better?
