I am a Korean war veteran who contracted hemorrhagic fever during my tour of duty. I was treated at the 8228 mash sometime in 1954. Are there any rosters of patients available? Is there access to some of the medical records? Thanks.
I also was treated in a MASH for hemorragic fever in 52-53. Has anyone out there felt that they have had continuing health problems from this disease. I was hospitalized for 3 months.
Was the 8228 in Sendai Japan? I too also got it in North Korea and Japan 1951 - 1954

Korean hemorrhagic fever or ebola virus - have there been any studies on the long term consequences of having and surviving either of these diseases? I was hospitalized for 3 months with KHF.
