Labia minora regrow using stem cells - lab labia minora - Tissue-Engineering

I have had labia minora amputation 5 years ago. Since then I got depression and all of bad feelings.
I heard about possibly using stem cells to help people regrow damaged tissues, bones, arteries, etc.

It could be used to regrow amputated labia minora!!!!
If it could even, regrow a severed clitoris/labia as well.
We can organize and make some step into reaserch about this subject.


P.S.
So far, stem cells (Adult, Embryonic, Bone Marrow, Skin, just to name the source types) are the only way scientists can artificially grow organs and tissues, but if people can regrow their body parts themselves, than surgery and rejection need not be an issue.

Any news, my wife had labiaplasty and doctor took too much off labia and stitched remainder back. She now has some pain recurrent and is frustrated

Thank you! Any news on using stem cells to regrow labia . I have to look up website .. I found one where a persons finger was regrown using stem cells after the tip of the finger had been accidentally cut off

Hi,

I would like to learn more about this. I recently had labiaplasty surgery and my doctor fully amputated both of my lips. I look completely mutilated. I'm very depressed and cant stop crying. It's all I can think about. Any information or contacts you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I just have a few more questions. How long did you wait after your surgery before you started stretching? I would assume that you gave yourself enough time to fully heal first. I have a lot of stitches so that's a concern for me. Does the stretched skin become loose and thin or does it retain some thickness and volume?

Thank you for the information. You've given me some hope. I will be patient and allow myself to heal completely. I'll then try the stretching. I have only a tiny bit of tissue remaining on both sides. I hope this works.
