ok so ive tryied everything none of that gargling sh*t works just drink a lot of hot liquids it will hurt at first but if u keep drinking it will get better also your drinking has to be constant or else it will go back to how it was originally

Same, I have a pain in the left backside of my neck. I used a heating pad and it went away for a while. My left ear hurts slightly when I swallow and a lot when I yawn.

There's a 90% chance of it being Strep Throat. Go see a doctor immediately if you have the following symptoms:
Sore Throat
White or yellow patches on the tonsils
Swollen Tonsils
Ear Ache
Pain in Abdomen
Lack of Appetite
Insomnia
Odynophagia (Painful swallowing)

I also have that symptom, but i found out that it is an ear infection, that comes from throat stones, and the cause of my throat stones is my Wisdom teeth. :) That's all folks! But there are many other that causes ear infection. Now I gurgle with warm water with salt, it relieves pain but my friend said that it will not cure ear infection unless i put antibiotic drops in my ears. I want to cure it naturally by drinking a lot of water because antibiotics have side effects. And after that, I will go to the dentist to remove my wisdom tooth. But i have no plan about removing my tonsils.
