Okay so I ate a big amount of food and felt like I was going to pop. So I eat a lot, a lot. Then I laid down and fell asleep the morning after I woke up really hot and my face was red. I feel lightheaded and dizzy. I also feel like I am going to throw up but nothing comes out. I have chills and painful stomach cramps. I have no apatite and I avoid eating because I feel like I would throw up so I just eat soup and fruit but slowly eating regular food again. Reading other peoples posts.. I have stomach cramps throughout the day not just after eating. It has been two days now and I will call the doctor this week which will be hard because I am working everyday this week/= please help!
