I had the same problem for about 3 years. I went to doctors, i had a couple of hemorrhoids fixed but the problem persisted. I didn't realise at the time that my stomach pain and some weird skin rash could be related but after reading on gluten sensitivity and intolerance, it seems to be the way to go. So i tried the diet and the symptoms got a lot better.
But still the leakages remain. I stop eating lactose because i read that lactose intolerance can be caused by gluten intolerance. The symptoms got even better, but not perfect. The last thing that did the trick was stopping drinking caffeine all together. and believe me i was drinking a lot of it .
that stop the leakage.
So to resume my experience, my anal leakage was caused by caffeine. I wasn't a caffeine drinker before and i think went a little to far in my consumption. Now, as soon as i drink ANY caffeinated drink i get leakage.

I heard an std could cause a leaky butt
I had this and saw someone recommended Metamucil on another post. I tried it and the problem went away. One heaping spoon in water every morning, problem gone.
Same problem went to a few doctors had colonoscopy everything normal, but when I went to natural path I learned I had systemic inflammation from leaky gut caused by the poor food quality in the U. S. Thanks FDA. This throws of gut microbiome. Once the body has had this problem for awhile it will lead to other more serious health issues autoimmune diseases. The only why I found success if from a lifestyle change high quality food only true organic raw food diet with high quality water you need to get the inflammation down and that will clear this up but you will also have to work on the brain most likely the stress levels that have been normalized now days play a big role as well look into neurofeedback. Make the change now or you will have a life long illness later.
Avoid dark soda... Help mine .. worse when drink coke... Switch to 7up problem went away few days... Something to try?
