Hello. I'm 23 years old and almost all my life I fight with only one problem-obesity.
I have tried several diets and some of them worked, some didn’t.
Problem is that when I stop with diet- my pounds are back in a month.

I know some facts about this diet program because my daughter has been using it last year.
This is one 45-day weight loss program and it is basically a low carbohydrate/high protein regimen.
