About a 10 days ago my left arm, from the elbow to the finger tips, began tingling probably 15-20 times a day followed with pain in my shoulder. The sensation seems to be happening more frequently lately. Could this just be a pinched nerve? I don't have medical insurance, yet, and really can't afford a trip to the docters. Thank you
